actually i ad that problem too and i was never able to solve it.
but then i saw the new version of d2jsp cracked was out so i downloaded that, folowed instructions EXACTLY ( although i didnt reinstall d2) and now i have no more problems

i figured out that 99% of all the problems can be fixed by reinstaling d2jsp.
