storm.dll error help - Blizzard Sector

hi all its me again can anyone help me fix the error for d2loader it says storm.dll and i already have installed expansion whats the problem

Im pretty sure you have to put the .dll files from your Diablo II cd(s) into your Diablo II directory.

eyy all its me again... ive got a small problem with cerbs meph bot its starts the game but dosent go into my accont at all also it just keeps restarting and doesnt manage to go in accont..... help plz who ever answer me i give them all my point
