Help With Hero Editor.Loading but not finding files!!

When i got into diablo II it doesnt show the character i made!I have made it and know how to use program properly.Please someone help me out.Email me @ Freakout182@aol.com

which D2 are you using, classic or expansion? What version is it? What version is the character you made? then maybe i could help.

What version of hero editor are you using?

You have to make sure that the character that you edit in Hero Editor is stored in the D2 "Save" directory (Hero Editor will do this by default). Then the character should be available for Open, Single Player, and TCP/IP games.

The character files for Closed games are stored on Battle Net computers, and Hero Editor can NOT be used to edit these character files.

lol its sort of fun smashing their hopes of "hacked chars" on closed. ive had that feeling so many times like, "omg, ive finally found this website!" or "wow, i know how to hack!". then you try it out and its a bust. life sux eh?
