I would suggest you to wait for Loits or Frater to come back, as their the masters in this area.

Is it really that hard? Not meaning to be rude or anything but wouldnt you just get gear with extra gold from monsters and maybe Gheeds charm and such? I never had any problems with a Goldwrap, Chance Guards, Goldskin etc. Also is there a "breakpoint" for extra gold from monsters?

i gotta gold find barb i use

ik helm
nigma (for teleporting on enemy so merc can kill)
gold find ammy
2x dwarf
goldwrap
chanc
gold find boots
2x ali baba

its not the best but i get like 300-500k per trav run in hell

and i use a5 merc
eth fort
eth cb ebotdz
vamp gaze

all u do is tele into trav, shout, bo, bc all that good stuff so ur merc is hella buff, and let it kill

i got skills in that one shout that weakns their defense, and some in warcry so i can stun them if i get bored, but merc does pretty much everythign

and put gold find charms in ur stash and some fire resists, for annoying hydras
