IK Barbarian

I am making a pvp barb. i want to use IK set. I dont care what you guys think about IK I am looking for advice, so dont post that u dont like it. I am going to make it a whirlwind Barb. I need to know where to put all the stat and skill points. Also what other equipment to should be used. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

Oooopps not a PvP barb. I meant a pvm barb.
