concentrate barb guide plz - Blizzard Sector

i need a concentrate barb guide for a guy that is so/so in wealth plz tell me

20 Concentrate
20 Battle Orders
20 Weapon Mastery
1-3 into Natural Resistance
Rest into Shout and Iron Skin

Stats:

Enought Strength for gear [As low as possible]
Dex for at least 70% block rate in Hell
Rest into Vitality
No Energy

Gear:

Arreats Face
[Botd of choice as weapon]
Stormshield
Enigma, CoH, or High Stone[Recoment first two]
Steelrends
Eth Treks or Goreriders
Verdungos
Angelic Amulet and rings or Chaos Noose, Raven Spirals, and Raven Frost, other absorb rings/preferences[Unless Cham'd]

ive got a doom Warspike that does 134-215 damage will that do or do i need a GF? plus... i already leveled bash to level 13 what do i do remake? or just go on

You should remake. And that doom will do low damage but will help a lot in duels. And also won't be good PvM, try and get a gf if you can and try and keep the Warspike.

how about this alternative set-up for skills, would they do any good?

Concentrate- 20
Battle Orders- 20
Shout- 20 (synergies, plus its a nice def boost)
Weapon Mastery- 20
Bash- 15 (for synergy)

i'll just say that i read it in a guide, so it wasn't really my ideas. the person who made it said that, "you can instead increase Iron Skin using +skill items, while only synergies only benefit from actual skill levels, thus the damage boost (for concentrate) from Bash trumps Iron Skin" (Halciet 4).
