Does a Trapsin Need Blade armor?

Just wondering if I should put out the extra like 4 skill pts to get blade armor. And I've been reading some guides and some have suggested maxing shadow master? Input anyone?

    ....
    Dont do it.

Neither? Lol. What about max block? No??

Maxing block is nice to use for pvp vs melee. But when I was pvm, I was way in the back to need max block.

I like having a fair amount of claw block if it's a pvp sin. and for pvm don't even bother getting max block on a spirit. Blade armor is entirely optional, I never use it.
my sig! where ever did it go?

Im trying to decide on... Spirit, Phoenix, or SS... Maybe, SS pvp, max block, and spirit / phoenix pvm? But which. If I got insight on my merc, wouldnt rly need phoenix. Haa....

phoenix is a bad idea, spirit helps you hit the fcr and fhr bp, plus the res and skills help too.
my sig! where ever did it go?

Yeah, I was leaning towards that. 2 to all skills helps a lot. What about SS and max block?

use 2 trap claws and put those points into the claw block skill. much more effective. :)

i just make this sig recently to teach people not to play with fire.

yea what john says dual claw is the way to go you'll get claw block and on top of that more dmg so why waste str for a shield when you can have dual claws ....

Fact is that skills should be,

    20 light sentry

    20 - 15 all synergies

    20 to claw block.

    2 speed

    2 fade

    3 venom

    5 into shadow,

for a near sucessfull trapsin and no since the idea of a tsin is to stun the enemy with traps////mb you will not need it less your a ww/trap.
