equipment:
Weapon 1 : Chaos in Feral Claws + 3 to venom
Weapon 2 : Chaos in Feral Claws + 3 to venom
Armor : Anything with lots of restistens
Amulet : Maras/30
Ring 1 : Perffekt Bul-Kathos
Ring 2 : Frost burn
Belt : Good Arshnid
Helm : Shako or perffect gaze
Boots : Perffect Gore Riders
Gloves : Trang-Oul Gloves ( Venom dmg )

Skills:

Martial arts:
Dragon talon : 1 point
Dragon claw : 1 point
Dragon tail : 1 point
Dragon flight : 20 Points
Total on martial arts : 23 points

Shadow disciplines:
Claw mastery : 5 Points
Burst of speed : 1 Point
Weapon block : 5 points
Fade : 20 Points
Total on shadow disciplines : 31
Notes : When you have fixed all points in
shadow disciplines you can start maxing thees out : "claw mastery" and "weapon block"

TOTAL ON EVERY THING : 54

End Of Skills.

Stats:

Str : As much as you need for your items

Dex : 110 minst ( more if needed )
Vit : The rest ( U need a lot! )
Energy : ~ 45

What about armor and belt?

Id use double angelics, and you forgot to add armor in your guide. I would use coh myself
Also for helm id use a nice Cham'd Shako or Cham ber Coa.

why would u want "arshnid"? Isnt verdungos or nosf better?
