i think claw/claw trappers r good, but some ppl use hoto/ss... this is my built on my lvl68 trapper (NL):

dusk coh
tucs
+3 trap 2 light facet claw
maras
soj
rloop
cast/fhr belt
2/20/20 16 all res 56 fire res circlet
trang gloves
30frw 16str 13dex %cr, fr, & pr bone nails boots (i dunno if this is a dupe item)
9 trap gcs (6 of them 7%frw)
res lc's & life sc's

skills:
light sentry & syns (duh)
5 BoS
5 wep block
1 mb

btw this is a runner lol, thats y i didnt use enigma.. & u can also check some other build in some thread..

There are more detailed guides in the stickies, (I think).

And if you can't afford the Claws, go for a simple HOTO and Lidless combination.

I'm not the rich boy my best thing is a sorc staff (3+) or the armour in the deciple (850 def)

so is bartucs to far away??

even a runner does nice with enigma, change cast belt to arach, trang gloves to mages, helm to griffons, 2x +3 to trap gcs with 10/-10% light die facets.. and so on. u will get about 15k or so atleast

But if you have enigma, why would you run?

this trapy with all the best gear took his hoto and SS off and used chaos+fury. it acutally worked really good because even though he wasnt doing much melee dmg. his traps where owning and the WW seems to make it harder to charge.

im only a nm dueler, i stop at lvl68 so i cant wear spider, but if i got a better 16+%fcr +2 asn ammy & anni, ima make this lvl 80

damn ur so lucky, ive been crafting millions of times, but nver get a good 1...

Keep trying, telebolong. Maybe one of these days you'll craft an anny that's better than Rapta's...

unique spider sash... & i think 2/20/20 with res sin circlet is better than 08 valk

i know it's a belt but what does it do ??

pretty much every good circlet is better then 08 valk, people just dont understand how to dodge attacks

---i think the operative mod there is 1 to all skills, plus 20fcr, dunno how necessary the 5%mana is, but for a hammerdin it's nice...

Last I knew, light die facets don't increase trap damage...
