% light dmg is better then + to skills usually, as a +2 to skills 5/5% die light faceted shako is worse then a 20/-25% light faceted griffon. try for a combo of both + to skills and light % ed.. like 2x 10/10% +3 to trap claws

with the very best gear u should have +25 that including gcs and anni. Leaveing ur dmg around 14k.

Silver, facets and +to light dmg gear do not work with traps.

When an assn casts a trap, it acts as an act3 merc does. Since it doesnt not come out of you, it is not affected by Light dmg gear. Although, it does say that it increases the dmg, that is just an image glitch.

how to get 25 and over 14k:
um shako might do nicely
2x +3 to trap claws
enigma
maras ammy
2 sojs
arach
magefists
treks or nats boots or shadow dancers i guess
cta+lidless
anni
that leaves u with
+10 to all skills, u get +6 from the 2 trap claws giving u lvl 36 light sentry, and 10 trap gcs gives u lvl 46 light sentry.

crappy. atleast u get the % chance to cast lvl 47 chain lightning on death though

well im really poor. i got +3 circlet, +1 ammy(gettin a better one), vipermaji, bartucs, splendor, bk ring, soj. yea really poor. thats 10 now. max all traps only do 5.5k

also, no gcs. again, im poor
