If your talkin about single player then I would understand but multiplayer, you shou7ld be able to get it with ease.

ok heres what you could do go on open bnet and try to find someone who can help you to baal for you. You don't have to be inside the worldstone to get his quest so you can just sit there and gain the quest and head for nm.
