Every1 has 290's 32020's and annies Ect But how do you find them and how do you find alot of good charms???:(

Place a high level charm (Ilvl 70+) along with 3 perfect gems (skulls included) and you can reroll, giving the item new and random mods. Note: The best place to fish for Grand Charms which you want to reroll into +to skill tree mods, farm for them in the Act 3 Nightmare Flayer Jungle, Great Marsh, Spider Cavern and Arachnid Lair areas, as the max Ilvl corresponds to the lowest Ilvl a charm can be when it is a +to skill charm, therefore maximizing your chances of rolling the charm into a +to skills charm.
