i am a lvl 70 pally. i do about 3400 damage with charge and 2200 damage with zeal. There are a few things i want to know since i have extra skill points. What is better for dueling? Fist of the heavens or Holy shield. Does holy shield boost your total defense or just the defense of the shield?

In 1.09 it boosts the sheild defense. In 1.10 it boosts total defense.
