WHT DO U THINK THE STORY IS GOING TO BE LIKE IF IT REAY COMES OUT

I don't think diablo 3 would exist if all the prime evils are gone. It wouldn't make enough sense to create a 3rd diablo game to the series unless it was based before 1&2.

based before 1 and 2... not a bad idea. Or it could be that when tyreal destroys the worldstone something goes wrong, and hell floods into earth and it turns out the prime evils were only like small fry compared to the real baddies. Then since it would be alot harder they could, like, have you import your old characters to use ^_^

I'm guessing that theres some new evil force that has some sort of power from the Prime Evils.

maybe after the defeat of the prime evil a sorceress was able to create a portal to hell to bring back diablo, baal, and memphisto for a prize.... it may sound stupid but hey it can happen xP

Diablo 2 revoles around the prime evils Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal. Sense their soulstones were destoryed they are banished from the mortal world. But I didn't see Baal's soulstone destoryed so they could make diablo 3 based on the resserection of baal. I think it would make more sense being before 1&2.

actually baal was never dead. his soulstone is still arround. note annihilus is his soulstone. so he'll probably bring back his brothers with a part of his soulstone or with parts of the worldstone he could of collected when he died..or even return to the worldstone keep and take parts of the worldstone and use its power like new, more powerful soulstones.
