i read something about fhr frames from spitfire's palladin guide... i just wna know is there any difference having 86%fhr & having 150% fhr do u still get 4 frames??

No difference, you'd need to get 200 FHR to reach 3 frames.

Yeah what that i never hear of fhr frames ... Fhr mean faster hit recovery i think

fhr=faster hit recovery. frames=wut u see when u play the game are frames, they go 1 at a time but really fast. if ur fhr frame rate is 3 frames then after ur hit it takes 3 frames for u to recover (dont kno how to better explain it but hope it hlps)
