I read somewhere that the best place to get an soj is NM Council. Is this true?

the best place is normal diablo, as he is the lowest lvl monster that can drop an soj. andy is just faster

i found an soj doin a nm andy run i think a tainted droped it i was soooo excited

NM andy has teh highest chance to drop unique rings aka highest chance to drop sojs. use niren7's andy bot and you will have tons trust me

I've only ever found 1 unique ring and that was from nm andy, maybe I need more mf.
