Well, here's why I have this unwanted piece of trash.

I was doing a baal run. "Baal 4 Quest" Nobody joined but a Skelemancer(much <3 for him, his skeles tanking is what helped me actually win). It was nightmare. I killed a regular monster. He dropped a gc. I id'd it. +1 Elemental Skill, 19 to life. I wanted mf.

Best mf offer I got was two nagelrings and andy's visage. I figured it's atleast worth tarnhelm. :/
