i realized the ilvl on tyraels might is 87, and on pindle my mh reads it as 86, so is it only monsters with an ilvl >=87 like baal or can meph also drop Tyraels might?

I'd say baal is your best shot. Or maybe pit runs. I heard there are ilvl99's in there somehow. Maybe bugged. Then again I also heard pindle's ilvl was in the 90's as well.

As far as I've heard, Baal is the only monster that can drop Tyreal's. If there is an occasional monster in the Pit that high, it's probably one of like the 2748526345 bugs in 1.10

what about ninlathak, i know hes not much of a common dropper but in .09 he could drop a con ring if it did exist back then his mlvl was 95

and can meph drop tyraels cause when i go over to meph it says his ilvl is 87 which is the same as tyraels might. i can provide a screenshot also.

did you look at the ilvl of meph? its 87 so hmm.. anyway i guess only baal or any mlvl 87+ monster can drop it

As I said, I wanna see a pic of Meph dropping it to believe. Until then, I go by what I know currently.
And I will be able to tell if he actually dropped it or not, I'm pretty good at detecting hoaxes.
