Whats your barb setup?
Mines...
Weapons - 2 socketed double handed swords (full)
L. Click - Double Swing
R. Click - Double Swing
I have equipment to increase my damage as well as steal mana from each hit, so I can pretty much double swing as long as I wish...

Helm - Giant Skull with 2 Rare Jewel (30ED + 18 Min Damage + alot of other modifiers each)
Gloves - Soul Drainers
Belt - Nosferatu's Coil
Boots - Sand Storm Trek (thinking about changing)
Armor - Leviathan with same Rare Jewel
Rings - 2 Rare Dual Leech Rings
Amulet - Cats Eye Amulett (thinking about changing)
