Is it possible to convert an item from the old d2 version to 1.10? Say I used fuzziers or some other item editor and it only saved as an old version, can I 'update' it? Thanks

Nope. Unless you go in with hex edit and find out what makes an item 1.10 then apply the same thing to the old item.
