I've heard of assassins planting sim-card-like bombs in mobiles, that trigger when a battery is changed. They're set to detonate 10 or 15 seconds after that battery has been changed, and the phone has been turned on...

But this is something else, huh...

Yeah it sounds like he seen to much of something lol. So from what i read this guy's battery straight up killed him? it wasn't tampered with or nothing?

lithium ion batteries dont explode. they burst into flames due to heat issues. thats what was happening to the sony batteries in the laptops

It wouldn't have been that big and explosion....it's a cell phone, they get smaller and smaller with each year. lol
