Please Responduse a perf blizz perf cold faceted ormus and since you dont need much cast use a perf 4 cold faceted shield.

You don't need FCR with Blizzard sorceress, because Blizzard has a cooldown.

use nightwing for the helm

dude use nightwing with a perf die lit facet (5/5) and some frostburnes... AND USE A FRICKEN ORMUS oh yeah and for the sehild MOSERS SUCKS maybe use something like lidess are sanctuary

eldritch orb doesnt give cold dmg bonus. use occy, hoto, or wizspike.

yes u do need fcr cuz ull be teleporting a lot. u may also be using ice blast a lot as well. even tho blizz has a cool down, fcr determines how fast u finish casting one (how quickly the sorc raises her arms and casts it).

wizspike would be the best, and like everybody else said ormus, 4sok monarch with 4 cold facets and everything cold faceted if u can.

Blizzard always has a casting delay of 1.8 seconds, and IMO the FCR for casting it doesn't affect enough to make it too usefull. Of course you need FCR for Teleport + backup skill, but usually you get enough from the items you would use normally. So you don't really have to stack FCR.

OK... I understand what items now... but what stats?

enuf str for gear
enuf dex for max block if ur goin that route, or enuf for gear if no blocking
rest vita
base energy

if ur going for the energy shield build (which i dont recommend for blizz sorcs) u might want a lot more energy than vita.
