trangs is a really easy set to mf, the parts you will have the harder time getting are the helm and the belt.. and trangs is decent for a summon necro, and the fire skills the full set gives suck

I think the Fire Ball would be good cause you would have nothing to atack woith so i'd use fire ball..

I suppose that wouownd be a proble unless the player acquired a lot of + cast rate charms which are easy to get but that is still a downfall. That is a major downfall for what ive heard is the best necro set :)
