A 2 soc Coa with two 5/5 lite facets in it or a shako with a ber for a v/t?

Im planning on this gear setup:

Helm- Coa or shako
Armor- Enigma
Glove- Drac
Boots- Marrowwalk
Rings- Bk and a Raven
Weapon1- Grief Ba
Weapon2- Foh Stick Cta
Shield- Hoz
Amulet- Maras

Is my gear alright or do i have to change anything?

Ber'd shako, ber'd hoz, i'm assuming your using a high dr verdungoes, and i suggest waterwalks for boots
