I used to be a member a little while back and I'm returning to the forums now. I would like to change my username but I can't seem to find the place where you go to pay with points to do that (not sure if it's still there or what). Anyway, I was snooping around and found the Request Username button in the USer CP but when I click that i get this message:

Username Request Permissions: Your group does not have the necessary permissions required to request a username change.

Can anyone help me out with the situation or give me some insight as to any new rules or settings?

I get the same message when requesting a new username.

What would u like your username to be cause when a admin sees this topic they can change it.

I would like to change it to Dementia. The problem with that is I tried to make that name and register new but I didn't see the rule where it said any username with a free email account will be banned so that name already exists now. =(

Thank you for the reply and advice I hope it will work out for the better but if that's not possible I would appreciate if an Admin would PM me if they got a chance. I'm going on vacation for a week, we're leaving tonight so even if it takes time it doesn't matter.

Name changed. Was already someone with the name Dementia, but they had 0 posts so killed that acct.
