well when i start the bot it types "MyAccountName" into the space where you type the account name. Is there a way to fix that? also, the bot makes a game opens my inventory, waits for a few seconds, then minimizes diablo and gives me an error message saying "error while trying to open inventory"

am I doing something wrong?

I'm going to guess that you didn't open any of the .ini files? You need to open up mm.BOT.ini and mm.BOT.Sequences.ini and edit several settings.
