Currently I have Chest of the covinner from Nightbane and also skulkers greaves from netherspite

I have a chance to change it for the new BoJ chest Tunic of the dark hour which gives me little more hit and agility or scryers retainer pants which gives less hit but alot more agility boost

Rispite Aerie Peak EU is my character to check my stats and stuff out.

all i can say is that the new Tunic of the Dark Hour armor is flat out amazing.

Definitely out performs the Conniver if thats what your asking?
But imo you have 2 options here at upgrades. You could go with Tunic of the Dark Hour (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=34927#sold-by), OR Netherblade Chestpeice (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=29045%29#sold-by). Tunic of the Dark Hour being superior still imo, but depends on availability and difficulty for you to get.

for max DPS you'd want...

Netherblade with:

+4hit/+4 agil x2 and +4 agil/+6stam socketed

or

Tunic of the dark hour with:
+8 agil socket

Now since you mentioned ToDH i am supposing that would be easier for you to get, but as close as they would be in DPS when it came down to it, its almost better to get Netherblade simply because its a set, and the 2 set bonus is more then worth the slight drop dps.

P.S. I'm not sure how it would be possible for one to reach 70 and even be as far into the epic sets as you are without knowing of WoWhead, BUT just in case you arent familiar, you should definately check out those links. WoWhead is an amazing tool and i hate for someone to be without it.
