Signature Cut Out's Tutorial

1.Start a new project (for this tutorial i used 420x120) make background transparent

2.Make your design/finshed product or drag your previous design/finshed product onto the transparent background

This tutorial will teach you how to add some nice animated rain or snow to an image.Enjoy!

1.Open the image of your choice

2.Make a new layer

3.On the new layer go to Edit > Fill and choose black

4.Filter > Noise > Add Noise use the settings below

6.change the blending mode to "Screen"

7.Hit "Ctrl+L" use settings below

4.Right click the text layer and select blending options

Err... k now im confused i mean like wut program did u use.. :confused:

he uses adobe photoshop. i think photoshop 7 is pretty much the same as photoshop 8, so if u have anything from about photshop 6-8, the tutorials should be able to work.
