Blizzard (http://wow.qj.net/tags/blizzard/76) poster Bornakk (http://wow.qj.net/tags/bornakk/14320) has made an announcement on the World of Warcraft Forums to informing players that rolling restarts will be done on all realms in the wee hours of tomorrow morning.

Reason for the minor maintenance wasn't indicated, so we can only speculate what the folks at Blizzard are fixing in all the servers. Might be additional maintenance in preparation for the upcoming patch 2.4 (http://wow.qj.net/Multiple-World-of-Warcraft-realms-down-due-to-problems/pg/49/aid/116169), but we won't know for sure until an announcement is made. Here's Bornakk's announcement:

We will be performing rolling restarts on all realms beginning at 5:00AM PST, March 21. Each realm will be down for no more than 15 minutes. The overall process will last approximately 1 hour.

There you have it. In case you were wondering, you can still play normally even during rolling restarts, unlike the other sort of server maintenance where realms have to be shut down.
