Blue poster Bornakk (http://wow.qj.net/tags/bornakk/14320) has recently revealed the preview page of the new patch on a thread posted on the WoW forums.
Entitled "Fury of the Sunwell" the new content based on World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade ties in the story of blood elves (http://wow.qj.net/tags/blood-elves/6648) and their inclusion into the Horde, as well as the arrival of the draenei (http://wow.qj.net/tags/draenei/6649) on Azeroth (http://wow.qj.net/tags/azeroth/2264). The preview page features a trailer, an official wallpaper, some lore on the mysterious Sunwell, and more.
