One such player found that the estimation of honor gained in the battlegrounds was off by over 7000 points.

Community Manager Tharfor responded to this, citing a bug which had bonus honor gained from the daily quest being added to the estimate every time your character changed zones. This would add around 400 honor to the estimate after each battle, even though it won't be added in the final calculation.

Tharfor added that he wasn't sure if this bug was the cause of the issue, though he assured players that the bug won't be around after Patch 2.4 goes live.
