how do i find out how much dex i need for max block? is there a chart somewhere that i can look at or am i just missing something so common its not mentioned?

Just add and check your block % as u add. Press "C" and hover over chance to block. Max block is 75%. Just keep adding until u reach it. Thats what i do anyways.
