I have an image that I want to upload from my computer but I have a problem. I saved the image in a Microsoft word document so I guess it is not an image file anymore. When I Copy/paste the file into MY PICTURES, it saves an a link which opens the word document that the picture is in. Is there any way which I can take the image from the document and host it as an image?

My alternative is to take a screenshot and crop the part with my picture in it lol.

You could screenshot it if you wish, but you can also try right-clicking the image in the Word document, Copy it, then Paste it in some image editing program you might have (ie Photoshop, MS Paint, etc).
