Simple to explain, I downloaded something off a torrent site. (lets call it legaltorents.com ;)) and the bar that tells you the percentage of the download is 100%, but it doesn't say it's complete, just 'seeding'. Any help?

It means that you have the file and are now sharing it yourself, to other users. That's what seeding is.

The opposite of that is leeching, you never seed anything and only download stuff from other people.

Ah, okay. It's just the first time that had happened to me, and the icon, (with uTorrent, coloured squares to the left) said it hadn't completed yet. Cheers.
