Wow this has gotten a lot deeper than I thought it would. You all have good points that have been made. But what it comes down to is when we die, then and only then will we know what is and was and what is yet to come or if there is a heaven and hell. As for me I'd like to keep my faith that there is a place like heaven or is for that matter and when I die that thats where I get to kick my feet up and visit with all my loved ones that are not here on earth any more. BUT like I said this is just my thought.

I agree that creation,and therefore "A Higher Power" is much more logical than the accepted evolution theories.But as Ruin-Tumult said,we wont know till we die.

God exists because he does. He's always existed. There is no time for him. And when we die there will be no time for us. We are just humans, we can't understand the art of living in without "time".

He does talk. In more ways than one. Like dreams, and motivations. Some people don't listen, some people do what God says, but no one will listen. And yet, some people do what God says, and results happen from that.

And if you'll notice, a majority of the religions worship that one Higher Power, and the names they call it generally translate into God, or something similar to that nature.

You can't prove it, because the only way to do so would be to die, in which case your aren't excatly comming right back and saying "Hey everyone, there really IS life after death. I'm going to go continue being dead now, just thought I would let every one know.".

So...it seem that if we want to end this once and for all...someone will have to die. After they have been dead for several seconds we will attempt to jump start them back to life. If we can't well just have to have a runner up try the same experiment.

No one every came back from being dead and preached about either life after death, or nothing, because they don't remember. And they are only dead at most a few minutes, past that they don't come back, so no, nothing is really disproven.

People have been dead for up to 15 mintues and in freak cases sometimes longer.
