does the follow bot work? (dectable?) if your running 2 pc's can u make the one your rushing follow u?

yes they do work.
the only one that really works for me is the origami one, or whatever it is called. in order to use that however you need to install redvex. just follow the instructions, its pretty easy.
the origami one is not perfect however. it will not tele when you do, nor will it take tp's and wps. the other one boasts that it will allow you to do that, but i have not figured out to get the one working

You run the risk of being banned with any third-party software.

In my opinion Redvex is one of the Safest ways to Hack or whatever

still not foolproof tho

there is a auto it follow bot which is very good and easy to use, try searching in the bot section.
