Gj, i run a mile in like 9.5 mins, but my friend (shes 11, my age) ran it in 7 mins. She holds the record at school.

Off topic, yay 12 days till my birthday!!

Once you start to run, it's almost impossible to not enjoy it, endorphins and all...

Good job love! Running, for me, was always difficult, even given the type sports I played.Your times and endurance are impressive hun.I know Basketball is your primary sport, and so,naturally, running is important.

I am proud of you!! One note of advice for when you go through basic training (or push-ups are in your future in copious amounts)....never call a Sergeant "sir"...this will be bad for you.
Keep at it hun ,I have confidence you will succede!

Meh thanks a lot, yeah basketball did most of it, but Im not as strong as everyone else, since I was mostly endured.
But I dunno.. I think these stats are pretty decent for me.
I bench press at 185, I can Squat about 360 give or take a few.
I go to the gym on a regular basis now.
Im good with pushups, my dad always made me do pushups every morning and I still do them, But yeah I have a year and a half till I join but still I rather come ready then not prepared.

Ahh so today I ran the mile, just one mile.
and I got 6 19!!!
Ahh I feel so happy and proud of myself, this is the best time I have ever got.
:D

The only running I do is when I notice I have one minute to get to class (one minute bell).
And I walk like a mile around school before it even starts, I call it the circle.

That sure beats me haha. The most I can do is 2 miles 7-8 minute per. =/

I was really never a long distance runner. However, I am an above average sprinter with my huge legs and calves.
