How do you craft a glove like this:

I have it right now. I want all the stats as well as the Frost Nova, especially +15 Dex with at least +5 Strength but I DON'T need Knockback, is it very rare to make and is it possible? Thanks guys.

I see the Frost Nova, but I don't need Knocback or the ATD, what about the Str and Dex, and 20 Ias? I've never crafted before. Lol.

Edit: So I guess the 20 Ias +Str +Dex items are random right? So wouldn't it be better to craft it out of a blood recipe to get this. Since I don't need Knocback. Which Ilvl would be Ideal to get those mods?

My highest offer was 100 Fg. I seriously don't need Knockback though. So I'm looking for 15 Str, 15 Dex one.
