I've never seen any drop off of countess or cows. The only place I've actually seen a HR drop is hell baal. I think it was the act 3 wave that dropped a vex. Anyone know any HR hotspots they would like to share?

good luck finding, just kill mass monsters in act 5 u'll find one eventually, maybe 1/5000 runs or so

edit: by 5000 i mean if u kill a bunch of monsters lol, chances are REALLY low

Sure if one drops your gonna pick it up, but i've never seen one drop and i've been playing on and off since the game came out.

What are you talking about? HRs are the currency and are worth tons if you're on west ladder.

well if this helps, when i have found hrs they have only ben from two places. one place was just doind lots of countes runs, and another is doing andy runs but looking in caskets and chests. they seem to have a high level of drop rate for hrs or me.

I had a Ber drop in cows, but back in the day when cow games = GG Exp LvLing thats all i ever played so now cows make me sick n bored like baal runs. Thank gawd for Hell chaos runs is all i have got to say..

Technically, an

Arachnid = Hr
Hoz = Hr
4-5 Shakos = Hr
Maras = ~2 Hr
Anni = ~1 Hr

These are the only things I ever find, Meph is your best friend. =]

Seriously. I just got another darn Arachnid last night. Never found a Hr...at least I don't think so. Um was probably my highest, and Gul from forge.

Countess takes too long if you don't have mh, I like to Chaos to find runes.

Shenk would drop them when i used mmbot as well.

I like chaos sanctuary and hell cows, i seem to have decent luck in both of those places.
