should my barb use an ebotdz and a doomz or should i have 1 wepaon and a pheonix shield? ( by the way he is pvp)

Look if you HC ladder then he needs and shield and probably doomzerker if his Sc PVP then definite ebodtz and dooms and or eth death.

I like 2x deaths due to the 100% CB and if you use gores then 100% Deadly strike, it does twice as much damage as it says.

if it's BVB then go for max block, if it;s for anything else go for duel weapons.

DOOM ISNT A BVB WEAPON IT IS VSING SMITERS ONLY EVEN IF YOU LACK THE SKILL TO DUEL THEM WITH OUT IT,

Use Ebotd and a Stormshield Ber'd with dual Angelics

ummm BvB barbs use fury for the open wound but back to topic lets see im thinking that your making a BvB barb so you wont need ebotdz/phoenix. for bvb stick with fury/stormshield but if your BvC use grief/beast or 2x Doom vs Wind Druids if you like

Also depends on what kind of BvB you're making, if OW build, Fury is a good choice, otherwise I'd recommend Grief.
