I was avoiding this thread...thank you Scott for having me look(I am sticking my tongue out at you)....Well now that I am here I will add my 2 cents. Music:It is like poetry,dancing,acting,or even beauty. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder,and we judge all these creative art forms (painting,sculpting,singing,crafting,etc....) are judged by individual taste and style.

It is a true statement *I may not know art,but I know what I like* I do not have to be a musician to like sounds of bands,singers,players that I find good.(I like AC/DC btw)

You can appreciate the beauty in almost anything ,when you look at it objectively.
If there is music you do not like....*shrugs*...who cares really?


Listen to whatever it is that you enjoy.Just know this one thing.Putting down and attacking different forms of music will not make your tatse any better than anothers....it will make you appear to be overly biased,thus effectively closing off the minds of anyone you are actually trying to reason with.
