So I got smite, fana, and HS maxed. What should I do now? I'm on US East Ladder and I'm a PVP smiter.

Also, what sort of gear should I get for my PVP smiter?

Now I have a question in dueling. How the **** am I supposed to fight a caster when I'm a smiter? I have a lot of trouble fighting sorc's, FOHers, and necros(especially when they use their bone prison).
