1ST QUESTION

A boy was at a carnival and went to a booth where a man said to the boy, "If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50, but if I cannot, I will pay you $50."

The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees, thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less.

In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50.

How did the man win the bet?

the carnie wrote the exact words "your exact weight" which is how he phrased it. it was a play on words.

Heres one. There are 3 doors and inside each one is a light bulb. There are 3 switches outside the doors, but the doors are closed and you dont know which switch lights up the bulb in which door. You can do anything you want to the switches (except rewiring :-P), but after you are done and you open the doors, you cant do anything to the switches. Then, you need to try to figure out which switch goes to which door.

HINT: If you leave 2 on and 1 off, you wont know which one controls one of them that is on, and vice versa. think harder!!

cool: Sorry for ruining the fun

You turn one of them on for 30 hours, then turn them off, then turn another one on, and the last one off, Go inside the door.

One of them is now, hot.
One of them is on.
One of them is off.

Easy I am the master of riddles ;).

That one is old-school in terms of riddles. Hiccups.

Also back to the light bulb one, idk about you but usually you can see lights from under the doors as well. It would seem to be a much quicker approach than waiting 30 hours.

4TH QUESTION

A man walks into a bar. He asks the bartender for a glass of water.
The bartender pulls out a gun, and the man walks away happily.
Why?

LOL Because the man is an alchoholic and the bartender knows him.

True that.

30 hours is just an exaggeration. 5 min would suffice. You can't just say theres holes under the door. My method did not add anything on my own. You added holes under door. Thats like, add a window to the wall.

Two fathers and two sons go fishing. Each person catches a fish and no fish are lost on the way back and all fish caught are brought back, yet when they get back home, there are only three fish. How can this be?

One is the grandfather to his grandson thereby being a father to his own son,who in turn is father to his son. 2 fathers,2 sons,3 fish.

You got it.

(Do not use logic on the objects in this riddle, just follow the rules)

A man who has a cabbage, wolf and sheep reaches a river. He finds a boat that can only take himself and one object across. If he leaves the wolf and the sheep or the cabbage and the sheep on one side, one will eat the other. How does he get all three objects across?

Hint: The wolf and cabbage are safe to leave on one side.

mmmm tough one I keep wondering why the sheep didn't eat the cabage and the wolf didn't eat the sheep...then you have only the wolf(not like I would want a wolf in my boat)
