I need to know if I can manage to max all syns for a fire sorc build, (fire bolt, fireball, meteor, and mastery) and then have 1 point in tele, and max es.

If I can, what level will i be and how many skill points used?
(in all, including all points used ex: 1 in telekinesis for tele)

Unless I made a mistake thats 105 skill points. You should be able to do all that by level 95. This is provided you do all skill quests.

Hmm.. I think its 98 lvls = 97 skills since you start at lvl 1 and you don't get a free skill point. just a correction.
Otherwise at lvl 98, you have 109 skill points.

109-105 = 4 lvls

98 - 4 = At lvl 94. BewarethePhoenix says 95 but hes probably right if this is the wrong math.

99-1 = 98
Nice try, but theres 99 levels and if you start at level 0, you would get 99 skills, but you dont, you start at level 1 so you get 98 skills.
