I was thinking of a cool build that hardly anyone uses at all or anymore. Here's what I came up with: A shiftshaping druid that uses the forces of wind to help him out. Now a shiftshaping druid usually shifts into bear or wolf, I would go with Wolf for this build, since it requires the fury skill. So here goes nothing.

Stats:

Strg: None (enough for gear, should be able to use all items if you have high enough torch and anni)
Dex: Enough for max block
Vitality: Rest --- you'll need life trust me
Energy: None (the bonus + atts you get from gear will help towards this a little bit for that you only need to cast hurricane with it)

Skills:

Shape Shifting Skill Tab

(1) Lycantropy
(20) Werewolf
(20) Fury

Elemental Skill Tab

(1) Artic Blast
(1) Cyclone Armor (for now)
(1) Twister
(20) Tornado
(20) Hurricane
Rest into Cyclone Armor

Items:

Helm: Nightwing (40/15 - Um Rune - Cold Facet) Ur choice
Armor: Archon Plate CoH runeword
Weapon1: Doom Berserker Axe runeword
Shield1: Stormshield (40/15 - Um Rune - Cold Facet) Ur choice
Weapon2: Call to Arms Flail/Crystal Sword runeword (+life, +mana)
Shield2: Spirit Monarch Shield runeword or Lidless Grim Shield
Gloves: Dracul's Vampirebone Gloves
Belt: Verdungo's Hearty Cord Belt
Boots: Ethereal Sandstorm Treks Boots
Ammy & Rings: Either (1): (Maras + (2) Bul Katho's Wedding Band) or (2): (Angelic Ammy + (2) Angelic Rings)

Inventory:
(15/15) or better Druid Hellfire Torch Large Charm
(15/15/10) or better Annihilus Small Charm
(9) Elmental Life Grand Charms
(10) Life Resistences small charms

I assume this is PvP right?
Cuz of the charms, plans of fighting other builds?

Yes its a pvp build, i thought i stated in making it.....reason why i said use elemental gcs instead of shape shifting because with ur fury and wolf maxed, alone with angelic rings and ammy your attack rating is somewhere along the line of +20k along with close to +6k dmg. So you would want to bump up your elemental skill tree

u cannot cast wind skills in wolf form. so a hybrid seems kinda silly

u use hurricane, then transform into wolf and duel that way

Keep in mind a lot of the duration of hurricane comes from cyclone armor so that will need to be jacked up pretty high if you don't wanna de-transform a lot to recast it.

so you cast bo, hurricane, then turn wolf for 20 seconds, battle some, turn back, recast hurricane, momentarily switch back to recast bo? sounds like alot of switching

It does.
The build will need a bit tweaking.
A battle itself really wont last that long from his understanding, as some duels never do.
Seems like an ok hybrid needs some work to be good. Sounds some what the how the hybrid sin started. (It just needed alot of tweaking)(and now there is a final build to it and it is good i might add).

I give it a 6/10 "Needs tweaking" then i will rate higher. But you get 2 thumbs up. :)

EDIT: After looking more into your skills and gear. I think if you used only 40/15 jewels instead of anything else it would help, since your resist armor will more then do what you need it to do. You just have to be fast.
Make sure you are at a good frame with FRW cuz there tele will kill you...
Also you may want to look for a different weapon or have a stash weapon with you for other kinda duels when you duel casters and melee. ;)

not a bad concept but ultimately way less effective as a straight fury or straight wind druid, instead of doom i suggest using a grief zerker, doom may reduce the frost resistance of your enemies but it gets a nerf in PVP and also your hurricane wont be doing as much damage as your fury its primary purpose would be to slow down your opponents so you can get in and use your big hitters like fury, also id switch the archon coh out with either a MP coh so you can get more life or a MP fortitude to increase the damage of your fury even more

forget the idea of hybrid cause it wont work just either stick with wind druid if your rich or wolf
