Does there exist any sort of Mod so that you can get all the Uniques/Runewords/Uber Bosses from Closed Ladder? I want to be able to save my characters myself without having to restart from not having played them for too long or a Ladder reset, I don't care about being on any high score lists, but I don't want to miss out on the extra content...

Does anyone know of such a mod or would be interested in making one? All the special items and Runewords are already listed for easy copying, even if there is no way to get the Uber Bosses easily I'd be happy with potential access to all the items.

I know there is PlugY but that does additional things too, I don't want a bunch of additional space or other changed features of the game, just the same aspects of Ladder. Perhaps there is a different version of the mod...

are you asking how to move nonlad items to ladder?
i have read some where that one person was able to do it, but of course i forgot, and he of course wont share it

No, I'm actually wanting to know if there is a way to play on open just as though I were playing on Ladder. So that I can get all the bonuses from playing on Ladder without having to be on the servers and have to worry about deleted characters and what not.

Not sure if there is a mod for that. But it is possible to do something like this with a mod.
