Starcraft 2 was just announced so sorry Diablo fans there wont be a Diablo3 for a pretty long time.
Anyways I really did think it would be Diablo3 because I mean they just gave Brood war a patch as a matter of fact they gave 2 patches to brood war and not one for Diablo2...

Sorry about earlier was just really mad you know, 2nd-3rd time blizzard screws us all over.

They haven't rolled ladder in centuries. That haven't done anything new to d2 in a while except eliminate hacks and duping, but warden hasn't done a mass ban in a long time too. I think it is time for all of us to quit diablo 2, because there won't be a diablo 3, a new patch, or a ladder roll.

But yeah there Will be a Diablo3... in 9 years just like it took 9 years for StarCraft2

that would really suck if they patched and reset now.. haha
but ya, d3 is pretty much dead.. UNLESS they are doing what they did to sc2, developing it in secret. did you read that they had been at it since 2003?

I don't mind; I figured if they were working on something it was going to be SC2. If you want to play "Diablo 3," wait for Hellgate: London. I'm already done with vanilla D2 at the moment; I just play mods to pass the time.

Actually, if you think about it, it basically wasn't 9 years. Because 9 years ago, the first starcraft came out. They aren't going to make a new one right after the first one.

I knew it was going to be Starcraft 2, Why? They're announcing it in Korea, where Starcraft is still very popular. Diablo hasnt been forgotten, I cant find the link, but some representitive from Blizzard said they have future plans for Diablo, but it probably wont be continued until 2009-2010+ (My bet)
