I'm just curious, what are your opinion on the legalization of *********(in the United States)?

This is what sparked me to create this topic, although it is not for or against the item in question.

I'm not saying I want it legalized because I smoke ***** all the time. It seems pointless to keep it illegal when it clogs our prisions w/ harmless people that got busted for some ****. And they fact that it could be argued to be less dangerous than cigarettes and alcohol. You can't OD on *** and people who smoke **** are no more likely to get cancer than non smokers.

Firstly, off topic... Botten Anna rocks.

Secondly, I think it should be legalized... to an extent. And regulated to and extent. Smoking in general is bad for you. So, be it consumption or... other means. It DOES have medicinal effects, but if taken in excess for long periods of time, can cause mental problems and other issues.
Hence regulation.
I think I read somewhere once that ********* produces high amounts of oxygen? (In reverse, it would have to take in more CO2)

er, if it were legalized, it may reduce the incentive to traffic it into america, but it would also raise new problems. this could pave the way to legalizing cocaine. in all, i dont think it is a good idea. we already have enough problems with alcohol related violence as it is. we dont need to add on to it.

A study was done that showed that ********* does not cause brain in it's users. Although all participants were adult. Affect may be different with younger people.
As for metical effects. A study was done that showed that THC cut down tumor growth. ********* kills weak cell, preventing them from becoming cancerous.

No way cocaine would be considered for legalization. Legalizing *** would allow more funding to go toward preventing harder drugs such as cocaine and meth.

i have never used **** but i feel that it should be legalized
it is widely advocated to be the least harmful drug, even if it's a so called "gateway drug"
also, it would cut down on illegal trafficking of it

i'm pretty sure cancerous cells arent the weak ones. they're just the ones who have a defect in their cell reproduction cycle so that all they do is keep on dividing instead of functioning as part of the body

if anything, smoking ********* is just continuing the same damage that it was dealing out that caused the cells to become cancerous in the first place

20 joints for four dollars? What are you buying, parsly flakes?

And what does it matter whether or not it is legalized. Either way, people will always do it. You can't just tell people to stop doing something they have been doing most of their lives. YOu can make a law and try to enforce it, but the people trying to enforce the law smoke as well. :-/

That study is stupid, anybody who understands statistics well can see the flaws in it. Also it says half the people they had with cancer smoked *********, retarded ass websites with faux studies.
