I heard someone in a pvp game say something about "TMC." What exactly is "TMC" and where can I get it?

tmc is a mod/plugin
you can change your fcr/fhr/fbr rates with that
example: if you have a sorc with 75fcr bp, you can change this bp to the 105fcr bp, without changing your gear
i think this is really bm, every one with 105fcr bp can tele with 200fcr bp, and thats very unfair

Ra says my FCR is 160-ish, but I just started pvping with hammerdin so I suck right now.

TMC is only user side, only you can see the fcr diffrence, but when you cast more projectiles come out but lets say the extra ones are "dud's" i used to have it and discovered this after a little bit.
