Depends on what it's for. That's decent for some MF and Baaling, but will get torn apart in duels.

What charms should i use? And is this hammerdin good for pvp?

Well if your making a pvp din...
It takes a lot of skill to be actually good with him, so if your not that good of a player you shouldnt be dueling with a din.

Charms for a din?
Torch Anni few pcombs and boost Concentration aura ( forgot if thats defencive or offencive)

Check this out.. I really just don't understand.. I'm Level 82, with my Skills upped correct (24 Is My Max), but my Gear isn't the best. BUT I KNOW THAT I SHOULD BE DOING MORE DMG. THAN THIS... Check it's 3.9K WITH Conc. AURA On.. I really Am Pissed.. Is there a SPECIAL Way u need to up skills Or?

1 skill in redemption ( VERY IMPORTANT!!!) with this skill u dont need pots. Kill aload of monsters and then switch to this aura for a few seconds your mana + life will fill up in a shot.

+1 skills, fcr amu
soj/manald

Stats:
NO str!!!
Max block
everything in life
NO energy!!!

Ok, with this build you will only be able to equipt ur items at lvl 75. Once you can use Torch. Do use bp eni 30 str req!

My pala stats at lvl 92:

11k dmg
3.7k life
9xx mana
9.5k def

Thats all with lvl 16 bo. My pala can run anything without even losing life. PvP it sucks, i would not recommend this build for PvP. But its perfect for dia + baal.

Sry to say but crap and very cheap items! Dont use these items. Just for info, skills are not everything.

Anyway ur dmg does seem ok with them items and seeing that your max aura lvl is 24.

All my skills are 36 and i do 11k dmg, 13k with hoto.

Yes, I maxed all those.. I am making a MFer now, hopefully I do a little bit better and get some itmms

Brood sod, the reason why you are doing such low damage is not cuz of your skills... But your gear.
If you are using this char as a MFER, then i think you should go with a sorc instead as they can be a cheaper method of getting magic items.
A pally is more the expensive way as such as in a wind druid.
If this is for pvp though... I would stay far away from pallys for pvp in your case as they can be 50% hard to use in pvp and you need alot of "Godly stuff" as people put it.
